Hmm....Have u ever wondered, what is plastic bag made of and how does plastic bags come about? Well, here's what I know. Plastics are not natural materials. They are synthetic materials. A type of plastic called polythene is made from ethene produced by petrolchemical companies, which is then converted to polythene. Plastic bags have helped to improve our quality of life greatly. However, the disposal of plastics after that is a huge problem. It is because, plastics are non biodegradable. Therefore, this causes pollution problems. By burning plastics, gases which are harmful to the environment  and body is produced. 
SO, what can we do? Nowadays in Singapore, in supermarkets like NTUC and Ikea, they have the 'No Plastic Bag Day' once a week on Wednesdays. I think that this is a good way to help to reduce the usage of plastic bags. So on wednesdays, if my mum happen to go to the supermarket, I will see her bringing along a bag to put the things that she buy into it. I can also see other Singaporeans also doing their part in this campaign. The charging of 10 cents a plastic bag will force and teach Singaporeans as Singaporeans are stingy in paying for the plastic bags. So, this will help them to remember to bring their own bags when they go shopping.
There are other alternatives besides using plastic bags. We can use paper bags or even to bring along our bags from home. Some companies are also trying to use other materials to make plastic bags which are more environmental friendly. We can also reuse the plastic bags that we have to help save the environment.

A movie that will be able to catch the attention of mine would be Deathnote.Deathnote is created from Japanese manga(comic).It is about a high school student who discovered a supernatural book that allows him to kill anyone by writing his desired victim's name and picturing his or her looks in his mind. This fantastic story line leads him to killing all the evil-doers in this world by just watching the television or reading the newspaper. Each Deathnote has a shinigami also known as a deathgod.Kira the main character going around kill evil doers with his deathnote.His deathgod likes to eat apples and enjoys him by killing everyone.Kira even killed his girlfriend for the sake of greater good. The story takes a turn in the end of part 1. There is another main actress which appears to own a deathnote. This takes a twist as now they can both kill each other. While the detective L, tries to hunt both of them down. He managed to do it at the end of the movie part 2. In the end both Kira and the female actress die. L committed suicide by writing his name down in the deathnote. L managed to change the world in 23 days. This movie is very good. When you have the time you should try to catch it. It is about love, sacrifice and death. I love deathnote .

Computer Gaming. The advantage about computer gaming is that we play computer games to enjoy ourselves. To relax after a hard day's work in school or work. Well I noticed one thing about gaming, as time pass you will notice that you have become more aware of your surroundings. In the gaming world, when you level up your character or get any unique items, you will feel a sense of satisfitation. Did you know that gaming improves your hand eye coordination? Scientist has proven it before. Believe me most of our school volleyball players play computer games HAHA. Last advantage that I can think of is that It helps us to get familiar with the computer, so we will learn how to use computer easily better then those aunty and uncle who took so long to learn.
Well this is what is happening to me in a3 (mmorpg game)Gaming also helps you improve your social skills. Can learn how to communicate with other people in the reality. Well the disadvantage about gaming has a whole long list, can say that it makes you short tempered. It makes you sit behind the computer and only exercise your fingers. Makes you put on weight like me. It also takes up a lot of time and makes you addicted to it. Soon you realized that you are addicted to it, you won’t be able to escape the addiction. We won’t be able to keep track of time once we are in the game. The time spend on computer would be equals to like the time I spend in school. Computer gaming also have another big problem. If we play too long it will worsen our eyesight then we will have to wear spectacles. Well still I love computer gaming I don’t think I will quit gaming.

I agree to a certain extend that Singaporean lacks Graciousness because of what i see for myself in daily life.Look at what happen during peak hours on public transports. What i see is a bunch of Singaporeans trying to fend for themselves . What Singaporeans always think about is only I ,Me and Myself. Isn't that true? We always see 'kiasu' Singaporeans snatching and wrestling among themselves just to get a sit in the public bus . What about the 'hello kitty' incident ?Why are Singaporeans fighting over some stuff toys?I thought only kids fight over stuffed toys.What ever happened to Character development or Civic and morale education? I remember clearly that what our teacher taught us to give in to needy people.When a country lacks social graciousness it will only bring down our nation's name.If u were a investor will you invest in Singapore if Singaporeans lacks Social graciousness? Will people be willing to tolerate our acts?If we do not start practicing acts of kindness, we will soon lose tourist and investors .Sooner or later we will have racial riots on the streets, and soon history will be repeating itself .Will u allow that to happen?To another point of view that people have,People in Singapore quite kind what?We donate so much donate to those who are needy not enough ?We also send Singaporeans to other country to serve them..well thats all i can think of..SO please have a open heart.Be the one who change and not wait for changes to happen around you

What is something that i am so Optimistic about?Lets see i think it will be about Life! i aint in a hurry to end it but I AM in a hurry to mature faster! Life on earth aint that bad.Just try to look on the bright side,at least i have free income and a roof over my head for the time being......As a teenager we should not always complain about not having freedom or the latest handphone or not being able to have a girlfriend or boyfriend...We should try to look on the brighter side=)Got to admit is not very easy to obey your parents but still they are the people who look after you ever since we came to earth...

Life aint all about be having fun or what

to me life is simply....

Life isn’t about keeping score.

or which guy or girl likes you.

Life isn’t about if you have lots of friends,
or if you are alone,
and it’s not about how accepted or unaccepted you are.
Life just isn’t about that.
But life is about whom you love and whom you hurt.
It’s about how you feel about yourself.
It’s about trust, happiness and compassion.
It’s about sticking up for your friends and replacing inner hate with love.
Life is about avoiding jealousy,
overcoming ignorance and building conscience.
It’s about what you say and what you mean.
It’s about seeing people for who they are and not what they have.
Most of all,it is about choosing to use your life
to touch someone else’s in a way that could never have been achieved otherwise.
These choices are what life’s about.

BAD BAD BAD OF COURSE IT'S BAD! Imagine a world without Internet. I bet your tables will be full of letters. You will still need to go to library for research, and still keep a diary with you!!!!XD Not that keeping a dairy is wrong (no offence to whom ever is keeping one)

With internet it is so much easier to communicate with people around the world. You can even use internet phone for free and talk on the internet for hours and hours. We can also like chat with people around the world like the Amercian,Chinese,Indians,Malaysians,tamils(I’m not suppose to name any colors if not MR K will slaughter me XD ) but really is pretty interesting to chat with people around the world......

I for one LOVE the internet to bits...and I can assure you that I can't live without internet...I use the internet for a few purposes...Blogging (which WAS once dead but now brought back to life by Mr. K a BIG BIG THANK YOU) Gaming (I play lots of game online so that’s why I can meet races that were mention above...did I mention the Indians?) They are pretty good in gaming but they have pretty bad connection so they always lag out b4 we even get started HAHA! Did I mention Messenger? It is very common among teenagers! If u don’t believe me, asked around! Almost every teenager when using computer will on Messenger. I for one does it.

Hmmm well there are also other methods of using the Internet like for research. You can have the world's information at your fingertips. It’s only a click away. You can even do your shopping online like for instance eBay.

Internet has also it's bad points like Porn and hackers and GAMING (addictive but I can't help it and I’m REFERING TO GAMING NOT OTHER THINGS-.-) we just got to learn how to stop these temptations...

Animes is born in japan!When i get to japan i will like buy thousands and thousands of anime disc and bring them back to singapore=D . I LOVE BLEACH!!!!!!!!(is an anime not detergent)


Japan has also advanced technology(in my opinion) haha ok im biased towards some country =P Because Japan has my favourite video game console=) which is...PS2 =D If u notice most of the Latest n advance technology goes to japan...example Zen(mp3/mp4 player)mp stands for music player Xbox360(video game console) and Sony( is a brand from japan)

japan has GOOD food=) one of my favourite food from japan is....Wanna guess?it's made of rice and raw meat!Yup is sushi ! i love it for some reason...! haha maybe im a carnivor...so when u go out with me for lunch make sure order meat for me=P ramen is another good Bowl of noodles in japan...you Got to try it out man...It gives you the wonderful sensation of eating It....well i can't really describe it in words...=P

Personally what i find things that are beautiful is Love(not those BGR love but normal for friends and family) it is the 1 and only thing on earth you can give and still keep it.It's like having ur cake AND eat it at the same time! If you dont have love for anyone or anything then i am speechless...i can't imagine a world without love because if there is no love.People on the streets right now will be murdered.People on the streets will be fighting.Love is Beautiful,love is patient and love is kind

another thing i find that is beautiful is the nature,i find the world is beautiful.There's no reason but i can tell u that when you stop and enjoy the nature example,Sunset or snow...when you have all the time in the world just try going to the beach,enjoy the sound made by the waves...at night just lie on the sand n look at the stars...

therefore the world is beautiful=D

what effects do cigarettes and alcohol advertising have on the young?To me i think that those advertisement have no effect! Look at teenagers these days, Smoking and drinking alcohol is like the latest thing to do, some smoke to look cool , some smoke for the ''HIGH'' while some smoke just to feel older.....Well personally i haven't really try smoking yet so i dunno how it feels like to smoke......To me i think is just a waste of money and your Life away...Look at it...like what Mr K said in class...if u spend about $11 a day... in a year u will be spending about 11x365 = $4015...u can buy a new computer or use that amount of money to treat yourself...oh come on man! u can use that amount of money to shop(girls)! or will u rather wasting that amount of money every year and Smoke ur life away? Think about it...

Advertisement about alcohol is really bad! It can be found in TV drama shows......they tell you that drinking can cure all ur problems...I know how it feels like to Drink......Like i WAS n i put a CAPITAL WAS,a drinker... i Used to drink because i thought that it can like numb me for a while...but it was just running away from all ur problems...So Kids please do not drink alcohol! It is just a waste of money n it makes u FAT! XD

Singapore's national identity is our singlish.People all around the world could not understand our singlish and it just makes us special in a way.Even though Singapore's national language is malay, still not alot of people know about it la.Get wad i mean?Another possible Singapore's National identity is Singapore's Food! =D That explains why im so huge =) Singapore is a multi racial country with lots of different types of food ranging from chinese to malay to indian to thai and many more.Although there are  lots of food, one of my FAVOURITE is nasi lemak! i love it since young and well...Eat until im so huge-.- o well Happy birthday Singapore=D
